Sealer for Porcelain

Universeal Pro-Seal is specially formulated for sealing porcelain, fully vitrified and other types of polished surfaces. Universeal Pro-Sealimpregnator helps protect against water and oil based stains. Surfaces protected with this treatment are less sensitive to dirt and easier to maintain.

Not all types of vitrified ceramic and porcelain are suitable for an impregnation treatment. Always first test Universeal Pro-Seal in a small inconspicuous area to determine suitability for intended use. Suitability for a particular purpose is always the responsibility of the user. For health and safety reasons it is recommended that gloves are worn at all times.

Coverage:

Up to 50m2 per litre dependant on porosity of surface. Check the surface after application to ensure full effectiveness of impregnator. Apply a second or third coat if necessary.

Directions for use:

Before applyingUniverseal Pro-Seal the surface must be clean and dry.Universeal Pro-Seal must be applied neatly using a mop, sponge or dry cloth. For best results application with a mop is recommended. Avoid creating a foam and only apply as much of the product as the surface will absorb. Allow the solution to remain on the floor for approximately 15-20 minutes to penetrate the surfaces. DO NOT LET SOLUTION DRY ON SURFACE. After the expired time completely remove any surplus liquid from the floor using a dry cloth, then buff to a shine is necessary. *Drying times: Floors can be used after 2 hours, fully effective after 24 - 48 hours.
